Now Escobar reportedly said to TNW that when Musk was a small boy, he was “running the world” and that he wants to “settle” the dispute for $100 million. Here’s what he told TNW, “Elon we both know you stole from me, I am OK to settle this right now for $100 million. Tesla shares is OK or cash. I will win in court, and you will lose more than $100 million. Maybe I will make myself new Tesla CEO with the courts? Remember, in the 1980’s you were a small baby boy while I was running the world.” He further said that what the $20 million Musk had made he could make in 2 weeks. “Now you made a few billion, even 20 billion, that is what I made in 2 good weeks my friend. Let’s settle this like gentleman. Send me the Tesla Shares to Escobar Inc.”
Musk, although didn’t make any official statement, he did respond on Twitter to an article which claimed that he was being sued by Escobar. All Musk said was “It’s not a Flamethrower, Mr Escobar.”

Whether Escobar actually lives up to his threat of filing a case against Musk and Tesla or it drags in court remains to be seen. But Musk certainly has made an interesting ‘enemy’ so to speak.
