An innovative packaging company the “Skipping Rocks Lab” has developed a seaweed based, jellyish orb shaped, edible capsule named “ooho” made from brown algae . These orbs are prepared by the process of gelification. This shifts the liquid state of water into a gelatinous , jelly like structure, making it possible for water to form a spherical shape without the help of any container.
It is being discussed that this innovation could be the end of plastic water bottles.
